2. Custom Orders
Custom and personalized artworks are created according to the customer’s requirements. Once artwork production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Payment
We accept secure payments through approved payment gateways available on our website. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
5. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
6. Damage During Transit
Customers must inspect packages upon delivery. Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and artwork.
7. Returns and Refunds
Original artworks, custom paintings, commissioned artworks, and personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged during transit or received incorrectly.
8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, designs, photographs, and content displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Kiran Saini Art. Reproduction, copying, resale, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Product Images
We make every effort to accurately display artwork colors and details. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and device displays.
10. Limitation of Liability
Kiran Saini Art shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
