Refund & Return Policy

At Kiran Saini Art, every artwork is carefully handcrafted and many of our products are custom-made according to individual customer requirements. Due to the personalized nature of our work, please review our policy below before placing an order.

Artwork Approval Before Dispatch

For custom portraits, commissioned paintings, and personalized artworks, we share photographs or videos of the completed artwork with the customer for review before dispatch.

By approving the final artwork for shipment, the customer acknowledges satisfaction with the artwork’s composition, design, and overall appearance. Once approval has been provided and the artwork has been dispatched, the order becomes non-refundable and non-returnable except in cases of transit damage or receipt of an incorrect item. Till date we haven't get any complaint from our clients regarding damage during shipping not even in international orders.

Custom & Personalized Artwork

All custom paintings, commissioned artworks, personalized portraits, made-to-order canvas prints, and customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

As each artwork is created specifically for the customer, cancellations, returns, or exchanges cannot be accepted based on personal preferences, change of mind, or ordering mistakes.

Original Artwork

Original handmade artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect product is received.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every artwork using high-quality protective materials to ensure safe delivery. To date, we have not received any complaints regarding transit damage. However, in the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

* Clear photographs of the damaged artwork
* Photographs of the external packaging
* A photograph of the shipping label

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before artwork production has commenced. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
