Worldwide Shipping

Kiran Saini Art proudly ships original paintings, custom artworks, and premium canvas prints worldwide.

Order Processing

All orders are carefully prepared and packed before shipment. Processing times vary depending on the nature of the artwork:

* Ready-to-ship artworks: 2–5 business days
* Custom paintings and commissioned artworks: Production time will be communicated individually
* Textured canvas prints: 3–7 business days

Customers will receive tracking details once their order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

* India: 3–10 business days
* USA & Canada: 7–15 business days
* UK & Europe: 7–15 business days
* Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
* Other International Destinations: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Packaging

Every artwork is professionally packed using protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Large artworks may be shipped rolled or in reinforced packaging depending on size and destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided via email. Customers can monitor the progress of their shipment using the provided tracking number.

Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging every artwork using high-quality protective materials to ensure it reaches you safely. To date, we have not received any complaints regarding transit damage. However, in the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your claim, kindly provide:

* Clear photographs of the outer packaging
* Photographs of the damaged artwork
* A photograph of the shipping label

Our team will review the information and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Kiran Saini Art is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
